The ingredients needed to prepare Blueberry parfait:

  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of Blue berries.
  2. You need 1 cup of Flavored greek yoghurt (blueberry).
  3. Get 2 tbsp of Granola.
  4. Provide 1 tsp of Mixed seeds(for decorating).
  5. Take 1/2 tsp of Chia seeds(for decorating).
  6. Provide 2 tbsp of Pomegranates.
  7. Get 2 tbsp of Banana and other fruits chopped and freezed.

  1. Freeze a glass.
  2. Cut small pieces of blue berries or any berries of your choice and mix them in flavoured yoghurt.
  3. In the frozen glass make a layer of granola.
  4. Then add a layer of berry mixed yoghurt.
  5. Then add a layer of pomegranate.
  6. Then add another layer of berry mixed yoghurt.
  7. Finally top with fruits of your choice and mixed seeds....
